Rei (universal) Ki (life force energy) is based on a Japanese hands on healing technique which involves remaining fully clothed on the massage bed while the practitioner gently lays hands on different areas of your body. When our life force energy is not able to flow freely due to negative thoughts, feelings or situations this can cause disruption in our energy flow and we may feel unwell, depressed, feel stuck and unsure how to move forward. Reiki heals by flowing through the areas where there is a blockage and helping to break down the negative energy block and to help clear and heal the energy pathway allowing our life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. Reiki is a deeply relaxing treatment which has many benefits including relieving pain, reducing stress and anxiety, helps to improve sleep quality and clears blockages and suppressed emotions. Reiki is a beautiful treatment to begin your healing journey.

Cancellation Policy

If appointment is cancelled with 48 hours of scheduled appointment time 50% treatment cost is payable. If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time 100% treatment cost is payable.
